Who can actually get here?

Everyone talks about access; nobody measures it. A circle drawn on a map does not show real access.

"How many people can reach this site in 15 minutes?"

Separate catchments for walking, driving and public transport. Population and age distribution inside the area are calculated.

How we work

Three steps from enquiry to delivery.

We sharpen the question

One conversation is enough. We talk about what you want to learn and when you need it, and tell you on day one what can be measured.

We produce the analysis

You see intermediate output. If direction needs to change, it changes mid-way, not after delivery.

We deliver

Map, data file and source line arrive together. When someone asks "where does this number come from", you have the answer.

What about data security?

An NDA is signed before work starts; data is used only for that piece of work and deleted as soon as it is complete.

We don't ask for names, phone numbers or ID. Location and the figure attached to it are enough; your customer list works de-identified.

If data cannot leave your organisation, we work inside your environment: we set it up, and the output stays on your servers.

How long does it take?+

A single graphic usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Multi-layer analysis with data production takes 2 to 4 weeks. If you have a publication date, we build the schedule around it.

What formats do you deliver?+

PNG, SVG and print-ready PDF for static work. CSV, Excel, GeoPackage and GeoJSON for data. MP4, GIF and subtitle files for motion. Interactive maps as a web link.

Can we work without sharing our own data?+

Yes. Most work can be done with public data. If you do want to share your own, we sign an NDA, work with de-identified data and delete it on completion. If data cannot leave your organisation, we work inside your environment.

Do you invoice?+

Yes, every piece of work is invoiced. We prepare quotes and contract documents for corporate procurement.

Can we see the method?+

Yes. Every delivery carries the source, the date range and the method in writing. We can also share a technical note on the production steps.

What if the result isn't what we expected?+

Data does not always confirm the hypothesis. When that happens we report the finding as it is. We treat that as something learned before the decision, not as a failure.
